Patient Fact Sheets Pads

In response to physicians’ request for a time saving tool to use with their patients, The Hormone Foundation has made two popular bilingual fact sheets available for purchase.

• Diabetes and Nutrition: Carbohydrates (PDF)
• Hypothyroidism (PDF)

Each pad contains 50 easy-to-read fact sheets in English and Spanish, peer-reviewed by experts in the field. The cost per pad is $12 for Endocrine Society members and $15 for non-members. (Supplies are limited; delivery: 2 to 4 weeks.)

In 2004, The Hormone Foundation established the Hormones and You series of bilingual fact sheets program.
