Diabetes Hands Foundation
Who: Diabetes Hands Foundation (DHF) brings together people touched by diabetes and encourages positive change so that no one living with diabetes ever feels alone. The goal is to empower individuals living with diabetes and their loved ones to connect and have an open dialogue about their experiences with this chronic condition. Support Resources: DHF runs two social networks for people touched by diabetes, TuDiabetes (in English) and EsTuDiabetes (en Español) with more than 60,000 registered members from all over the world.
Additionally, DHF hosts the Diabetes Advocates program to connect advocates dedicated to improving the lives of people living with diabetes in order to accelerate and amplify their efforts.
